Bindusar Yoga® 300-hour yoga course is for students/teachers who have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance® approved certification program and want to take their education to the next level. The program consists of 25 days of intensive yoga teacher training which provides the 260 + 40 instructional hours required for Yoga Alliance® RYT 500® Certification in Rishikesh, India

Course content - Join us in an immersive environment that promotes personal growth and professional development. This program is not just about learning to teach yoga; it’s a transformational journey that will shift your perspective on life and empower you to share the joy of yoga with others. This is why our course is aptly named “Journey into the Heart of Yoga.” Advanced Yoga Philosophy and History - 1.In-Depth Study of Texts: Dive into the Bhagavad Gita, the Sutras of Patanjali, and other essential scriptures to gain a deeper comprehension of yogic philosophy and its application in modern life. 2.Historical Evolution: Explore the evolution of various yoga styles, including the integration of traditional practices into contemporary settings. Advanced Yoga Philosophy and History - 1. Refinement of Postures: A detailed examination and practice of advanced asanas, focusing on precision, adaptation, and alignment for practitioners of all levels. 2. Inversions and Arm Balances: Develop mastery in challenging postures through progressive workshops aimed at enhancing strength and flexibility. 3. Assisting Skills: Learn effective techniques for assisting students safely in advanced postures, empowering them in their practice while ensuring safety. Anatomy and Physiology for Teaching - 1. Advanced Functional Anatomy: Understand the biomechanics of yoga in greater detail, focusing on how advanced asanas influence the body’s systems. 2.Exploration of Movement Patterns: Study common movement patterns and how they relate to both injury prevention and effective teaching strategies. 3. Physiology of Stress and Recovery: Learn how yoga impacts stress response, recovery, and the body’s ability to heal. Yoga Therapy- 1. Introduction to Yoga Therapy: Learn the principles and practices of yoga therapy, focusing on how yoga can be tailored for common health issues and individual needs. 2.Therapeutic Applications: Explore various conditions such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and digestive disorders, and understand how specific yoga practices can aid in recovery. 3. The course journey is divided into seven parts. 

 

1. Vinyasa Krama and Ashtanga - Mastery of Hatha Yoga Pradipika 

2. Mastering the advanced classes teaching methodology. 

3. Workshop methodology. Art of creating successful workshops

4. Meditation and Samadhi- Complete Yoga sutra translated into practice

5. Yoga therapy, in-depth insight into the work of Gheranda Samhita. 

6. Anatomy and Physiology into intermediate and advanced postures.

7. Personal transformation into a new elevated self.
