For most of the data processing activities related to the Bindusar KFT Services, the data controllers under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") is Bindusar Studio, save where indicated otherwise in this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”).

 

1. Personal data is processed

 

  • Name, phone number, e-mail addresses of the students. 

  • The feedback of the student in connection with the yoga classes.

  • The types of classes that students have appeared. 

 

2. Purpose of the data processing

 

  • The primary objective of the data processing is for Bindusar KFT is to enable communication between the clients and the yoga studio. 

  • We may use contact details to notify students of updates at our studio and about our courses.

  • Your name, phone number and an e-mail will be used to communicate with you.

 

3. Legal Basis for the data processing

 

  • Personal data is processed in order to provide the information asked by the students or clients. We collect and process the personal data submitted by the clients through emails or form filled at our website.  

  • The legal basis for the data processing related to marketing communications carried out by Bindusar KFT is the legitimate business interest as permitted by law.

 

4. Recipients of the personal data

 

  • The personal data of a passenger is not disclosed to anyone outside the Bindusar KFT management team. 

  • Feedback given by passengers regarding the classes, courses or massages or the quality of the studio is anonymous and we do not disclose it to anyone. 

 

Five GDPR-compliant companies come in contact with user data in the following ways:

 

  • The company whose platform is used for our website (wix.com) although data is not stored with them.

  • The company that hosts our website (wix.com)

  • The company that distributes our E-Newsletters (ascend)

  • The company that receives emails (Gsuite by google.com)

  • The application form that we used (123 forms and Google forms)

 

5. Data processing by Bindusar.

 

  • Bindusar KFT Head Office, acting as a data processor, processes and stores data in connection with the bookings of courses and classes. 

 

6. Data processors, Security, and Access 

 

  • Bindusar Head Office may use the software of its contractual partners to send marketing messages. 

  • Only the authorized employees of Bindusar and authorized employees of contractual partners can access personal data, to the extent necessary to comply with requests of the clients in connection with Bindusar services.

 

.7. Retention of personal data.

 

  • Your personal data will be stored by Bindusar Office as long as you have an active yoga class or course account. 

  • Data required for accounting purposes will be stored for 7 years after the last invoice.

 

8. Deletion

 

  • We respond to any request to delete personal data submitted by e-mail and proceed with the data deletion within a month. Such a deadline may be extended for good cause. 

  • We may retain certain personal data as may be required by law and for legitimate business purposes permitted by law.

  • Users can request by email (info@yogimukesh.com) to have their data expunged.

 

9. Direct marketing

 

  • Bindusar Head Office will only use your e-mail address and/or phone number to send direct marketing messages pursuant to their legitimate business interest under Article 6, para. 1, let. f.) of the GDPR. 

  • Bindusar Head Office may personalize direct marketing messages using the information on how you use the yoga classes and courses (frequency of use, types, payments). Direct marketing messages could be e-mails, SMS-s, push notifications, and may contain promotional codes or information which could facilitate the use of the service. The aim is that you receive advertisements that could raise your interest/ are as relevant to you as much as possible.

  • If you no longer wish to receive direct marketing messages, please click the “Unsubscribe” link in the footer of our e-mail or send us an e-mail at info@yogimukesh.com.

  • Bindusar Head Office may direct to you marketing campaigns that contain gifts, and other marketing or promotional materials.
