Cluj will bring our 5th teacher training in 2023. The date of starting is February 03. The course will focus on Hatha and Vinyasa training, depth of fundamentals in anatomy and yoga philosophy.

November 14, 2022 our second teacher training of 2022 returns to capital of Romania . In this course we focuses on ashtanga system and Hatha practices. 

Bucharest is filled with thriving yogis and if you want to understand the depth of your practice and be better with postures and meditation.
