The Online yoga fundamentals for beginners to start with yoga. 3 class course will focus on the practice and understanding of postures, breathing, and bandhas for students who are new to yoga and want to have the right techniques and methods to avoid unnecessary injuries and have comprehensive benefits. 

 

The course will start on March 12, and each class will bring a gradual practice and understanding. After doing this course, the students can join Basics 1 and other methods to continue their training. 

 

This course is based on hatha yoga and light vinyasa movement, and in-depth training of entry and exit to the postures.
