The class will teach you the following concepts well to keep your yoga journey healthy and safe. 

1. The proper posture movement and adjustments. 

2. The breathing pattern to make practice effective. 

3. The flow method-based practice to teach dynamic movements. 

4. Yoga Nidra (relaxation method for de-stress)

5. Application of the bandhas
